Hi Reader, I'm spending some time at the beach 🏖️ this week and the last thing I want to think about is cooking. This is exactly why I make a batch of roasted garlic cannellini dip before trips like this. It goes straight from the food processor into a container, rides in the cooler bag, and shows up looking like I tried. No reheating, no stove, no plan required. Crackers, cut veggies, torn bread, whatever's around. It disappears fast and nobody ever asks what's in it, they just ask for more....
