my current Fall dinner party menu

Hey there, Reader,

Maybe you are having company over soon (tonight?). I've got a Saturday dinner menu that feels like Fall but doesn't take a ton of work. My favorite way to entertain..something roasting in the oven, something I can make ahead and for super casual nights, something my guests can join in on and feel a part of the meal.

First, a big flavored juicy pork roast. The herb seasoning will have everyone fighting over the end cut.

On the side, a creamy farrotto that uses farro instead of arborio rice and the texture is unforgettable.

For some healthy stuff, I make a super big batch of this shredded Brussels sprouts salad. It's salty and sweet (thanks Parmesan and dates) and it makes great leftover lunches for the week with my ever popular easy chicken.
