Hi there, Reader,
With back to school and all the busy things (did you see that Halloween and Christmas are already in stores?), I'm craving easy.
This lemon garlic pasta is what I make when I want dinner to taste bright and finished without asking much of me. Garlic goes soft in olive oil, a good squeeze of lemon, and the breadcrumbs topping is beyond good (I love to keep some on the side so I can sprinkle as I go).
