💙 Why I keep farro in my pantry

Depending on how much time you have spent on J+N, Reader, you might have noticed that one of my most favorite grains is farro.
It's chewy, nutty in the best way and cooks quickly, especially if you use a quick cooking version (like the 10 minute blue bag version at Trader Joe's). Plus I love that farro works as part of a salad, side or even as a "risotto".
