Easter desserts and no baking!

Whether you're making Easter brunch or dinner (me), chances are you are going to be tired. Of nibbling on candy (also me). So dessert might be the last thing on your mind but not your crew's .

I have 3 dessert ideas and not one of them requires baking or cooking of any kind. Just mixing and maybe some freezing.

• Serve this sweet bite as a dip with broken cannoli shells or cookies
• The 3 ingredient dessert I've been making since I got married
• Layer brownies or cookies with this simple mousse.
