🥗 My favorite childhood salad dressing


Hello Reader,

I made a batch of my fresh basil balsamic vinaigrette on Sunday and it has not left the counter since. Grilled chicken. A bowl of whatever greens I had. Sliced tomatoes with nothing else on them. It went on all of it, and every single time I thought — this is the one. This is the dressing I want to make all summer.

Assemble and whisk the dressing right in the bottom of your serving bowl then build the whole salad on top of the undressed dressing, cover and refrigerate. Toss right before serving. So easy and one less bowl to clean!
