it's hot and lettuce isn't cool right now

Hi there, Reader,
I don't mean this to sound like whining because I'd much rather it be hot than 🥶 but darn, it's hot! Between not wanting to turn on the stove and lettuce not winning in the produce aisle righ now, coming up with a dinner idea is a challenge.
A big pan of garlicky oil tossed with spaghetti is a darn good answer. It's ready in 10 minutes and it tastes good cold. Either way, with lots of parmesan.
Without a salad, it stands to reason that I can have some form of ice cream for dessert.
