Cold weather hero
Hi there, Reader!
I wanted to send a quick ICYMI message because I've had some new recipes go up that deserve a "make when it's cold out" bookmark. And if you love beef, you're going to be happy.
First up, is my rich and meaty short rib ragu. This one simmers on the stove and is perfect over pasta or polenta. I have some in the freezer right now and I think I'll be making this on Friday as they're forecasting a windchill of -24° here 🥶
For the next one, pick up or pull out some frozen meat ravioli because this is perfect red sauce to go with it. It's hearty and rich - just what beef rav needs!

And this one isn't on the blog...have you used Momofoku's squiggly noodles? Trader Joe's carries them too...we raided the fridge to make them tonight with some quick stir fried carrots and onions, our own soy sauce mixture and some juicy chicken. |
