The color brown is having a moment. Again. Maybe that's my age (and some furniture I have) talking but I do love a rich espresso brown. Or maybe I just love a rich espresso...martini 🤣
And let’s be honest — when it comes to brown food, the reigning queen is brown butter 🤎
You can use brown butter in a salad, a main, and of course a dessert...even breakfast...here's all the ways I love to use it:

🫙 and of course we need to include a five minute pasta sauce
Basically, if it’s beige, tan, or golden brown… it’s probably delicious.
So yes, I’m fully leaning into the brown trend — in food, if not in fashion. You in?
